Mondial Color has acquired Siro srl

Mondial Color SpA with the support of Friulia, the regional finance company of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, has acquired Siro srl, a company based in Teolo, in the province of Padua, a reference on the European markets in the field of painting.

The acquisition of Siro srl responds to the desire to consolidate and increase the commercial presence in the European markets and will allow to further expand the product distribution network thanks to the synergy between all the production units.

Through the industrial and commercial structures of Siro we will mutually expand the range of products offered with the aim of being increasingly competitive and at the forefront in the development of new coating technologies as well.

Mondial Color SpA will therefore include the production plants of Udine and Padua in its new perimeter, employing 50 people.

The Mondial Color SpA team together with that of Siro srl is therefore ready to provide customers with a high quality of service and products, guaranteed by two historic, solid and reliable brands in the coatings sector.
